Container mixer MT (Multi-Tool): a cool head at all times

Inconceivable – but the MIXACO container mixer MT specializes in mixing processes without temperature increases. Now, even highly temperature-sensitive materials can be mixed without heating them! As a result, the container mixer MT has caused a sensation.

Mixing without increasing the temperature is possible due to the special arrangement of the mixing tools. They create different material currents in the mixer – the primary and secondary currents. This “breath of fresh air” inside the mixer practically eliminates heating!
The combination possibilities of the Multi-Tool concept allow the container mixer to be individually adapted to the required mixing task.

Function

In the primary current of the mixer, the slowly-running outer mixing tool continually transports material into the active area of the chopper drive – the secondary current.
Both mixing currents together ensure fast mixing and excellent dispersing. In comparison with common mixing tools, there is ten times less heating in the container mixer MT. The product is heated at a rate of 0.5-1°C per minute. For comparison, normal mixing tools heat the mixture by 5-10°C per minute.
The additional tool can have a purely mixing function or an active grinding effect, depending upon the mixing task.
