Function
The container is filled with raw materials, connected to the mixing head of the mixer, and swiveled 180° into mixing position.
After mixing, the mixing head swivels the container back to the basic position, the container can be removed, and the finished, mixed material is transported for further processing directly in the container, saving time and requiring no transfer of material.
There, the mixing material can be emptied into extruders, kneaders, mixers, weighing facilities, and sacking facilities by means of special, dust-free Mixaco empting systems.
In the cleaning position, the container mixer can be quickly and completely cleaned for the next operation.
Well thought-out accessories make it possible to use the container mixer in both one and two-level operation (see graphics).
