3D-mixer: round becomes square!
It caused a paradigm shift in mixer technology. Because for a long time, it was believed that optimum mixing results could only be achieved in round containers. The MIXACO 3D-mixer has now proven just the opposite! It achieves optimum mixing results in rectangular, standardized transport containers and is therefore turning the mixer world on its head!
This has enormous advantages for users: they can use their existing infrastructure and leave the mixing material in stackable standard containers without transferring it. During mixing, the rectangular storage container becomes a fully usable mixing container.
Function
600 L to 1600 L-containers can be used in the 3D-mixer. After being lifted and swiveled into the mixing position, the container is placed in a three-dimensional tumbling movement, which feeds the product to the mixing tool. The mixing tool can be adapted to the desired technical process.
With its unique spatial pendulum motion, the 3D-mixer achieves exceedingly fast, extremely gentle, and homogenous mixing of various product components.
